The almost 1500 square feet, was bare and empty, with one bearing wall, and fiberglass insulation held to the concrete walls with plastic and special nails. The windows were there, and ended up with 2 bedrooms. The roughed in bathroom was installed and a sauna. New Gas line for a gas stove, and wiring for everything as well as the sauna, and outside hot tub was installed. The main area was made with a projection entertainment that used a whole wall as a screen, and 2 built in surround sound systems.  The basement was also wired for Cable and Telephone.</div> <bR> <div> height="300" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></div> <div> Yet another doorway through the bearing wall and the prefab sauna,had it's own nook off the bathroom.</div> <div> The sauna had 220 volt lighting that needed the top removed to change the bulbs, but with the build in we modified it to take standard bulbs, switched on the wall, and changeable from the inside of the sauna.</div> <div>
